We want you to LOVE your new KL purchase, but if you receive your item and don’t feel that 'Gotta Have It’ sensation, no problem... you are welcome to send it back to us via mail or in-store, as long as it follows our return policy conditions below.
Items qualify for cash-back returns within 7 days, or store-credit or exchange within 14-days of receipt or purchase. Items can only be returned if:
- Valid receipt is presented
- Items are unworn, unwashed and not damaged
- All original tags are attached
Jewelry, Spanx, Hanky Panky products and discounted items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded, unless required by law. When returning items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be given as store credit on a gift certificate.
