We want you to LOVE your new KL online purchase, but if you receive your item and don’t feel that 'Gotta Have It’ sensation; no problem... you are welcome to send it back to us (as long as it’s within 14 days from the date of receipt). All we ask is that you follow our three simple 'send it back steps’ to ensure that your return experience is easy and enjoyable.

Step 2 – Of course, we ask that all online purchased items that are being returned are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. We also ask that you include the accompanying purchase receipt for each item that is being sent back.
Step 3 – We don’t want your package getting lost in the shuffle, so please be sure to send all of your items back via traceable, insured mail.
Jewellery, Spanx, Hanky Panky products and discounted items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return.
