The Palas bag is made in India, in an audited and certified workshop, partner of Maradji since 2015.
- Suede leather and patent leather. Lining: 100% cotton.
- To preserve the shine and beauty of your bag, take care of each material properly. Use a soft polishing cloth to make the patent leather parts shine, and clean any stains with a slightly damp sponge. For suede leather, apply a waterproofing spray upon receipt, then use a suede eraser to remove surface dirt. When in doubt or dealing with stubborn stains, do not hesitate to entrust your bag to a specialist.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. During sales and holiday periods, order processing may require additional time.

We want you to LOVE your new KL purchase, but if you receive your item and don’t feel that 'Gotta Have It’ sensation, no problem... you are welcome to send it back to us via mail or in-store, as long as it follows our return policy conditions below.
Items qualify for cash-back returns within 7 days, or store-credit or exchange within 14-days of receipt or purchase. Items can only be returned if:
- Valid receipt is presented
- Items are unworn, unwashed and not damaged
- All original tags are attached
Jewelry, Spanx, Hanky Panky products and discounted items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded, unless required by law. When returning items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be given as store credit on a gift certificate.
